To our customers,
We are publicly disclosing that Shopify has terminated our merchant account without cause following a “verification” process that lacked transparency and due process. As a result, they have:
• Frozen all payouts owed to us
• Cut off access to critical account tools
• Effectively shut down our website operations
Despite full compliance on our part, Shopify has unilaterally disabled our ability to fulfill orders, process payments, and manage our business, with no proper justification or advance warning.
We were paying over $2,500/month just to operate this store on Shopify not including third-party app costs, add-ons, and marketing investments. Shopify has not only disrupted our business, but is now actively holding customer funds and our revenue hostage. These actions are being documented for legal proceedings.

We are currently preparing to take legal action against Shopify to recover all withheld funds and damages. Their actions may constitute breach of contract, tortious interference, and potential consumer fraud, as customer funds remain unrefunded while access to our account has been restricted.

• If your order has already shipped, you will receive tracking.
• If your order has not shipped, it will either ship or be refunded manually upon request.
• Shopify is preventing normal refunds from being processed, but we are tracking each request and will issue them through alternative methods as needed.
